Bear Necessities of LifeMusings of Teddy Bear Necessity's Household
to Whom It May Concern Foodies' Town, Tokyo
2007.12.27 (Thu)
I've said to people who'd care (or not) time and time again that food in Tokyo (or Japan in general) is so superb that it is definitely one thing we'd miss dearly if we were to leave. I'm not just talking about Japanese food. It's French and Italian and just about everything. Japanese take food very very seriously.
My sentiment was confirmed when Michelin Guides announced its first Tokyo edition in November and all the featured 150 restaurants got stars, including 8 three stars. This is significant considering that Tokyo now is the city that has more stars than any other cities in the world, and it includes Paris! Marbled Japanese beef just melts on your tongue. (photo by Maa-chan) Japan is a paradise for anyone who cares about culinary satisfaction! Opening Present

Opening presents is probably the best highlight of Christmas for most kids. The ritual is no less important for dog and cat household, you see.
Teddy was a seasoned veteran who was used to rip open her presents, but Louie needs to work more in that department. He still has a lot to learn. Museum Quality
